Shipping

 

 

Although we are based in Jacksonville, FL the majority of our products ship from CT.  Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of the time the order is placed.  Shipments only go out Monday- Friday.  There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays, these days are not included in processing time. Sometimes an extra day is needed to process orders following a holiday.

 

 

How much does it cost to ship my order?

 

 

You can determine your individual shipping costs by placing the item into your shopping cart, then enter your zip code into the shipping estimator box and press recalculate. The cost of shipping is based on the weight and size of the box, as well as the distance the package is shipped. To minimize costs, we drop ship many products from the manufacturer. This means most items ship from either CT or MA.  Generally, the closer you are to CT the cheaper the shipping cost will be. The shipping calculator is tied to UPS, this is what UPS charges us to ship your package.  We have noticed that for every additional day in transit time, UPS charges increase a small amount. We do NOT add any additional fees or handling charges to any orders, or bump up shipping charges in any way. 

 

Please keep in mind that most of our products have quality steel frames and steel weighs more than PVC.  The good news is that you are buying a durable product that should last a long time without the need for replacement.  The down side is you may have to pay a couple extra dollars to have it shipped.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

No, our profit margins don't allow us to cover these costs.  If we offered free shipping, we would need to raise our prices so much that we would fail at our mission of providing excellent products at the best prices possible.  As a side note: UPS never holds a sale, so whenever you see free shipping beware of increased costs included somewhere else in the price.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

 

 

Here is a list of shipping transit times once your package leaves our warehouse:

 

1 day : CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, NJ, DE

1-2 days: NY, PA, ME

2 days: MD, VA, NC, SC, WV, OH, IN, and most of MI & KY

2-3 days:  IL and the U.P. of MI

3 days:  GA, FL, TN, AL, MO, IA, KS, AR, MN, WI

3-4 days:  NE, OK

4 days: MS, LA, ND, SD, AK

4-5 days:  TX, CO, NM, WY, CA, NV

5 days:  AZ, UT, MT, ID, OR, WA, HI

 


 International Shipping:

 

We currently ship outside the U.S. only for EZ Goal products.  Please email or call us to get the most accurate international shipping costs for serious international orders.  We would need to know exactly what is being shipped and a full shipping address in order to estimate shipping for all international orders.  The shipping estimator tool in the shopping cart is designed for orders within the United States.

 

Damages & Exchanges

 

 Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.  Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us and we will assist you.  If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product right away at no cost to you.

 

 

Returns:

 

 

Although there is rarely a problem or damage of any kind, we understand some things are beyond our control.  We are a very reasonable company and will make every attempt to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. 

 

 

1. What if I decide to cancel my order?

 If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a full refund with no penalty. It's important to keep in mind that most orders are processed for shipping within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, then your order then falls into the return category.

 

2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed

 If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation 3 directly below.)  If you need assistance with this process please contact us, we are happy to help.

 

3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping

 

If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay.  If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents sometimes waves your right to get your product replaced or repaired. This depends on the manufacturer. Before contacting us, please test the item's functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim. Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you.  If you purchased an EZ Goal product, rest assured that they have a very good warranty policy. Often times replacement parts go out immediately when needed.

 

4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it

 

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:

 

1) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.

2) You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.

3) You MUST contact us to get an RA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

 

Once the above requirements have been met and we receive the returned item, We will issue a refund of your original cost minus the cost of shipping.
